Arrival Day

Sites open — roll in and set up whenever works for you

Welcome check-in at the main pavilion — grab your reunion swag

Rovikk crew walks the grounds to say hi and help with setup or trailer questions
6:30 PM
Welcome Dinner, provided by Teardrops NW — hot off the grill, come hungry

Campfire kickoff, s'mores, and swapping trip stories

Saturday, August 22
Silver Falls Hike + DIY Competition
7:00–8:30 AM
Breakfast Bar opens — coffee, creamer, fresh donuts, grab it on your way out
8:30 AM
Meet at the South Falls Day-Use Area / trailhead for a group photo and trail briefing
9:00 AM
Hike departs: Trail of Ten Falls (South Loop)
Highlights Loop — 2.8 miles, easy-moderate. South Falls → behind-the-falls viewpoint → Lower South Falls → back via Rim Trail. Great for families and kids. Budget 1.5–2 hours.
12:30 PM
Hikers back at camp — free time to relax, swap trailer walkthroughs
2:00 PM
DIY Upgrade Competition — show off the coolest mod, build, or upgrade on your rig. Categories are open: storage hacks, power/electrical, kitchen builds, off-road upgrades, you name it.
3:00 PM
Judging and People's Choice voting
3:30 PM
Winner announced — takes home a $500 Rovikk certificate, usable toward any upgrade (awnings, batteries, solar, storage, you name it)
5:30 PM
Camp Potluck: Campfire Cookoff — camping meals only. Think cast iron, Dutch oven, two-burner creativity. Foil packet dinners, campfire chili, Dutch oven cobbler, skillet nachos.

Hiking Day (Saturday)

- Layers — mornings cool, afternoons warm

- Small daypack, trekking poles
- $3–5 for day-use parking if driving separately
Potluck Night
- Your camping-meal dish + serving utensils
- Folding table or trivet if it needs to stay hot/cold
