A trailer doesn't have to look like everyone else's. Whether you want a subtle color change or a fully bespoke build from the ground up, Rovikk offers a few different paths depending on how far you want to take it.
Every Rovikk product line — Teardrops NW, FanCave, Overland, and Toy Hauler — has its own online builder tool, letting you configure a trailer and see an instant estimated price before you buy. Depending on the model, you can typically adjust:
- Galley layout, cabinetry style, and drawer configuration — choose between Cadence (compact, on the lightest models), Cheslow, or Quadra cabinetry depending on model, plus stove and storage options
- Color and finish — a full color chart is available across the lineup, including Off-Road, Highway, and FanCave models; Coachworks builds are fully custom, color-matched to your vision from the ground up
- Window style — rounded window upgrades are available on Scout, Ranger, Commander, General, Trek, and Sojourn; not available on Cadet or Nomad
- Electrical upgrades — battery and solar options, up to 300 Ah lithium packages
- Off-road and exterior add-ons — items like skid plates, cargo platforms, fenders, and awning or tent setups, with availability varying by model
- Roof rack — included standard on Off-Road models, available as an add-on on Highway models
This is the fastest way to personalize a trailer without waiting on a custom design process — most people can configure exactly what they want and get a price estimate in one sitting.
If you're building a FanCave tailgating trailer, custom wraps are available as an order-time upgrade — a good way to make a tailgate rig unmistakably yours, whether that's team colors, a favorite design, or something entirely custom.
If the builder tools don't go far enough — you want something entirely outside the standard lineup — that's what Rovikk's Coachworks division is for. Coachworks handles fully bespoke trailer builds designed around your exact specifications, not just color and options.
The Coachworks process requires a $2,500 design fee collected before any design work begins, followed by a four-meeting design phase: a kickoff call, a working/planning call, a refinement call, and a final call where the completed plan and budget are presented. It's a different kind of process than the standard builders — slower, more involved, and built for owners who know exactly what they want and don't see it in the existing lineup.
If you like the existing models and just want to make one your own — a different cabinetry style, a color from the full chart, a wrap for game day — the online builder tools are the easiest and fastest route. If you're picturing something that doesn't really exist yet in any catalog, Coachworks is where that conversation starts.
Either way, customization doesn't have to mean starting from a blank page. It just means deciding how much of the process you want to be part of.
