Tier 2
Full Service
Serviced with us within the past 2 years
- Everything included in Tier 1
- Scrape and redo silicone
- Minor adjustments as needed
Tier 3
Complete Inspection
Never serviced with us, or serviced 3+ years ago
- Everything included in Tiers 1 and 2
- Wear and corrosion check
- LAP seal
Please note: Tier pricing covers inspection and standard service work. Parts, replacements, and major adjustments are not included in the base price — we'll always quote and confirm those with you before any additional work is performed.

How service works
Submit your request
Pick your tier above and send us the details on your trailer.
We confirm tier & schedule
We'll verify your service history and lock in a drop-off date, usually within 1–2 business days.
Drop off at our shop
Bring your trailer to us in Salem, OR at your scheduled time.
Pickup & pay
We'll call when it's ready. Pay at pickup, plus any additional work you've approved.
